Ordered over $400 worth of product a month ago...still waiting. Order status has been "in processing" since I placed the order. Will not respond to e-mails and voicemail box is full so no calls are accepted. In doing research (after the fact), have seen all kinds of bad reviews online related to customers who never received their items or experienced excessive delivery times.

Ordered a supply of 40 cases as a trial run. Won't be ordering there again. The item and checkout pages both stated that the items were in stock and would be shipped out within 24 hours. I placed an order on the 30th of January, it is currently the 8th of February and they have just now printed a shipping label for USPS but have not sent it out. On top of that, I selected FedEx shipping for and additional $11 for a speedy delivery but did not get what I paid for. They did not begin to ship the order until I messaged them and was then told that modified my order without notifying me. I will be taking my claim to PayPal to ensure I am reimbursed. I do not recommend anyone try this site, they are unprofessional, lazy and just simply do not care about customers. Thought it would be better to buy American. I might as well buy from China for as long as it will take my items to get here, and for half the price.
