I have called on Mr. Conners for OVER 40 years. We are with Mr. Conners grandson, now, third generation. They have ALWAYS Been helpful and prompt.

This company put a HVAC system into my house 1 year ago. The tech guaranteed me that the system was one of the best and would heat and cool my house without a problem. Well a year has passed and the unit no longer works. I had a different companies technician come out and check it out and low and behold the compressor is bad. The unit has a 10year warranty. The tech I called was not a certified Gibson tech so he could not do the repair.

So I call Jay Conner Heating and air and the man I spoke with on the phone was irate that I didn't call him fist and was being very rude. I scheduled an appointment to have him assess the unit. He failed to show as scheduled. I gave him benefit of the doubt and called him 2 days later and the tech said he forgot about me and was very hateful about it.

I rescheduled again and the tech said I am on my way from Soddy Daisy now and will be there in about an hour. The tech never showed. I sent a text to the man telling him I did not appreciate his service and the "Owner" starts cussing me out via text.

This company is not professional and lie constantly. Stay away from them. Their work is shoddy and they do not back what they install. Check out the Facebook page Conner Heating and Air
