One of the best shops in the area!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. We always stop in when we are in town.

This Antique Mall may have a new owner. Stopped June 2016 traveling thru from Atlanta. Purchased over $200.00 and did not have my tax# with me. Randy gave me his card, told me to send a copy and he would send me a check for the tax amount. HE DID, received the check today. I can tell you from experience no one will do this!! Service deserves 10 STARS. Highly Recommend a stop at this shop. Large and much to choose with some great sales the day I stopped. Thanks East Town Antiques!!!

I happened to Google this mall and discovered that two folks have left uncomplimentary reviews about this mall on several sites. I am so sorry that they have had a bad experience. The Hudsons, John and Carol, originally opened this mall in 1987 and owned it until they sold it in 2004. It has just been sold (sale took effect on Aug. 1, 2013) to new owners. Since I have several booths in this mall, I have already seen many positive changes made - such as longer hours that the mall is open. I cannot comment on behavior or incidents that I did not witness, but I am truly sorry that anyone had a bad experience here and that these folks will give the mall another chance. It deserves it. It has been in business for almost 26 years, longer than any other antique mall in the Chattanooga area.
