People do not go here. My friend took her car here and had a part changed. Her car started acting up a few days later. She took her car back and they tried to charge her a arm and leg to fix a "new" problem. I sent her to a shop in eastridge...turns out express had loosened bolts and wires in her car to make her return. Tried to charge her over 300 dollars to fix something that wasn't even wrong with her car. She ended up paying 50 bucks to reconnect and tighten everything. Smh.

I have had the worst customer service experience of my life today at Express Oil Change and Service Center at 5503 Brainerd Road. To start the problem out the wrong part was replaced initially. This caused the car to stale within 1/4th mile from the location. Once it was taken back, the person said "What do you expect me to do. You can pay $50.00 and have it put on the computer to see what is wrong with it." I attempted to discuss the situation with the manager, who responded in the exact same way and refused to try to assist at all. Luckily on my way through the parking lot the mechanic, who actually did the work, stopped me and discussed the situation. He then realized the wrong part was replaced and agreed to correct the problem. The mechanic took me back in and explained the situation and the manager still had attitude. After the car was fixed, I asked the manager why he failed to try to see if something had been done incorrectly before telling me there was nothing he could do. He responded by saying that they had been told to fix the wrong part (although all paperwork shows otherwise) and said it was my fault. I tried to point this out on the paperwork and he wouldn't look and said he was done talking to me. I advised I wasn't done speaking and he turned his head and began working on his computer. Please advise all people you know not to use this business as it is very apparent they are all about the money and do not care about the customer. This is just a summary of the actual interaction and was actually a little more outlandish but I think I made my point.
