For nearly one hundred years and under four generations of family leadership, Fidelity Trust Company has provided a full spectrum of commercial real estate services and solutions to the greater Chattanooga market. Lead by Mike McGauley, grandson of founder John Crabtree, the company has streamlined operations and focused on development with other services playing supporting roles. In 2002, Mike, Paul Vaughn and Duane Horton founded GenTech Construction. The combination of a development company and a construction company has increased efficiencies and created added value for our owners and clients. In 2003, Matt McGauley became the 4th generation of the McGauley/Crabtree family to join the company's management team.
