I THINK THAT GREYHOUND SHOULD STAY OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY JUST AS MOST GREYHOUNDS IN SURROUNDING CITIES AND STATES. GREYHOUND HERE IN CHATTANOOGA ISN'T TOO GOOD AT GIVEN THE PROPER INFORMATION, AND THEY ALSO HAVE SOME OF THE MOST RUDE STAFF AND BUS DRIVERS THAT DOESN'T HAVE THE PATIENCE FOR THEIR JOB.

Employees are sarcastic, and are not knowledgeable of incoming buses. I was told that the bus I was waiting for, would not arrive before midnight, when it arrived at 9:30PM. It arrived 2hrs. 30mins. before the time I was told.
