They stole a Walmart refund card and well as all my quarters from my middle console. the total amount is somewhere in the neighborhood of $55. I went to confront the owner and she rejected my complaint say "what do you expect, leaving things in your car? You can't trust anyone. Do you trust everyone?"
When I became adamant and asked what she would do about it, she accused me of being "up in her face" and called a thug employee to threaten me. I decided to leave and resolve the problem with the Chattanooga Police.
When I do business with a company, I expect them to be honest, especially if they have access to something as personal as my car.
this car wash employs the worst of Chattanooga.
Do not do business with this car wash or you'll run the risk of theft or perhaps worse.

I took my car into the business to have it cleaned and waxed. Upon recieving my vehicle back it was evident that the job had not been completed to satisfaction as there was still trash on the floorboards. Upon pulling out of the business I noticed that my recent window tint on the drivers side window was scratched in multiple places. Upon further inspection I noticed that the windshield tint was also scratched. I called the business back and spoke with a manager who said he did not think the damage was done by his employee's but would be willing to take a look if I brought the vehicle back. Upon returning the vehicle the manger inspected the damage and stated that his employee's did not do the damage. Upon trying to reason with him all he would reply to me with was "we didn't damage your vehicle." I called the business requesting a phone call from the owner to discuss the damage as I wasn't getting anywhere with the manager and the eployee didn't even ask my name which leads me to believe there was no attempt to pass on my phone number and request. I also have tried calling the business back over 6 times during business hours and believe my calls are now being ignored.

BEWARE.. SCUM WORKING THERE.... they took our credit card information and stored it, in a cell phone and then, went shopping afterwards.. LUCKILY our bank caught it AND notified us, right away!

FUNNY thing is, my husband works for CPD, so he went to Walmart to watch the video and then back to the carwash, to see what had happened!!

Sure enough the gal that was running the register, put our credit card information into her cell phone and gave the number to an employee!!

WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!! Deceitful people DISGUST ME!!!!

What a bunch of hacks. Bought the best package short of full-on detail, and the buff wax. Apparently, this myopic bunch can't see when they've left bugs splattered everywhere, before they put on wax and may actually believe the stuff they wipe down the interior with belongs on the windows. Probably thought the handprints on the black door posts were a nice touch, too. Showed the cleaner who brought the car back the bugs. He cleaned off the bug I'd pointed at and smiled, apparently oblivious to the hundreds of others. Never take your vehicle here.
