Rude managers on telephone, uncooperative with added services and new contracts. I have to drive 35 miles out of my way to add Hertz Gold Rewards and sign new contract. Refused to renew over phone. Horrible

Very disappointed with the customer service at this branch. Do not get there close to 6pm, you will not be helped, but eye rolls will be doled out as well as dramatic foot tapping. I understand, we have all been there, its close to going home and one more customer wanders in, of course this is frustrating but its as if they don't even consider the customer as a person with frustrations of their own. I know these employees are desensitized to the business they work in, but many of us seeking to rent have been bad accidents very recently and being treated like a hassle is unacceptable. These workers drag their feet on doing the bare minimum and would certainly not go above and beyond to help a struggling individual. I understand, its not a job that requires much of its employees, but a smile and a decent attitude would do wonders. Most importantly, the people working at this branch do not seem competent in their own polices which lays ground for confusion and frustration.
