Need a good cleaning

The staff is very friendly. However there is much to be said about how clean the resturant is kept. The food is acceptable for a IHOP. I like to eat in clean restaurants. There was food on the floor and the capered area does not appare to have ever been shampooed. If I were not just famished and in the mood for breakfast food I would have found somewhere else to eat. But my husband and I were just passing through Chattanooga.
In summary, I probably will not be back to visit.
