I signed up for this service when it was still CPS because I had used them in the past and had a good experience with them. Not so when Inova took over. They got rid of the whole staff and replaced them with an ever changing staff that you could not get in touch with or did not know what they were doing and had to contact someone else and so on.

I was unhappy with the service and changed to another company. When I signed on with the company I was clearly told that the amounts I paid weekly included W-2's at the end of the year. Well after not hearing from them at all I called to see where the W-2's were and was informed that I would need to bring them 85.00 COD to pick those up. They were never even going to call to let me know they were ready and then to tack on a charge that I had already paid for was ridiculous.

Never use this company. I would never recommend them to anyone.
