Little Coyote, the highly anticipated third concept of husband-and-wife team Erik and Amanda Niel and newest addition to their long-standing Chattanooga locales (Easy Bistro and Main Street Meats). In the historic St. Elmo neighborhood, the restaurant is Chef Erik's ode to his time in Texas, offering smoked meats and house made tortillas that stole his heart while living there.
