We visited the Long John Silvers/A&W 06/15/08 and I'm guessing everyone in there must have been having a bad day. First we pull up to the drive-thru and the guy at the window just stood there I'm assuming he was waiting on us to give him our order, and when my husband told him he turned around walked away and put it into the computer, never once even speaking a word, then the other person, Virginia, according to the receipt, came to the window to close it and we had to stop her to ask for a drink with our order, after receiving our food, we asked her if she put forks in the bag, she stated "yes" and walked away. Well, of course when we got to our hotel, no forks, so I had to eat cole slaw with a knife. Food was good except for the mixture of old and fresh fries but the service was AWFUL! Trust me, I know my LJS, because everytime we go out of town I ALWAYS eat at one. We don't have one within 60 miles of where we live, so I make sure I eat at one whenever we see one.
