The staff at Lookout Property Management (Kandy and Chip) do not seem to mind that my properties were vacant for long periods of time, did not do the required advertising to attract tenants, and were generally unresponsive to attempts at getting them to actively participate in the management of my properties. They are very good, however, at taking their monthly fees for "management" and overcharging for maintenance & repairs. Don't waste your time and do not trust your real estate investments in their incapable hands. They can quickly turn a money-maker into tremendous liability with their zero customer-focused approach.
