I am a chapter leader of TCF of Chattanooga and am writing this in response to the previous review. While this situation did happen, we were able to work it out and had many apologies from Loose Cannon. They have rectified the situation and compensated us for what happened. We have had other very successful events at Loose Cannon in the past and we will again be holding our Candle Lighting event here this year. I appreciate Michelle's help in this and look forward to working with her and holding another memorable candle lighting this December at Loose Cannon.

Loose Cannon turned out to be the perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. The staff were flexible about our needs, and went beyond the second mile in accomodating us. The space is configured to be kind of a "blank slate" which we could decorate any way we wanted with sophisticated lighting through their preferred vendor. We used their in-house caterer for the food as well as the cake, so for us this was "one stop shopping," and really didn't take much of our time at all during the planning phase. Michelle worked with us on the elegant menu and accomodated a few guests with ideosynchratic dietary requirements with ease and seemed to do it with pleasure. I would use Loose Cannon again, and recommend it highly.

I am a member of Compassionate Friends of Chattanooga, a group for bereaved parents. We have held our holiday candle lighting at Loose Cannon Gallery(now Loose Cannon Parties & Events) since our group started in 2008. This was to be our fourth year using the facility for this event, as our past 3 have been spectacular. This year it is under new ownership and no one ever came to open the building, nor answered calls for hours for this special event that was booked and paid for well in advance. Our wonderful chapter leaders were thankfully able to secure another space just hours before the event. I am extremely dissapointed to say the least and wanted to share this experience as a warning to others so that hopefully your event may not be ruined.
