Purchased 1500 dollars worth of Iris by Lowed hardware from Lowes Gunbarrel Rd. in chattanooga TN. The Iris program then closed down and offered credit back for the devices. I accepted the offer and went through an extensive redemption process in order to receive the funds back. Once the funds failed to arrive as promised I visited the location from which all the devices were purchased. Dusty the manager of the location offered to reach out to his leadership and requested photo documentation of the devices. All of which I supplied to him. Dusty has now replied with a change of story which is that they will not be crediting back any funds for the devices. Instead he has offfered to have me purchase more prodocts from the location(absurd). Please assist in compelling this company to make good on what they offered and assured as a resolution to a very unpleasant and wasteful experience. They have lied to me and forced me to jump through an enormous amout of hoops and calls to their support. This all took place after choosing them as my smart home service and spending untold sums at the gunbarrel location. The amount of time this has waisted far exceeds the dollar amount. So much to the point that I will sue this company and see it through all the way to the end.

Ordered carpet, carpet came in, scheduled install and installer showed up then refused to install because it was too hot and there was no air conditioning in the house. He stated he installed in a home yesterday with no a/c and he almost passed out. I contacted the installation section of Lowe's where Billy advised there has to be a/c. I then spoke to the flooring salesman David who told me upon purchase to contact him with any problems. He said the home has to be climate controlled. When I asked him where that was listed in in the contract he couldn't tell me. So here I am left with all exposed subfloor and tack strips with no carpet throughout my house and Lowe's not doing anything to help resolve the problem. You can't tell me that homes are required to have air conditioning when that is a personal preference. Do all of the roofers, fence installers, home builders call off when it's too hot?
