worst experience ever. got their number from rock city ticket office. quoted me a starting price of 1.65$ plus 2$ per mile. i agreed. the driver call me and told me he'll show up in a minute. showed up after half an hour, and he refuses to take credit card. i asked him to estimate the fare and he told me 20$ flat price. when questioned he argued that he drove a long way up to the mountain (but he said one minute when he first called me!) it is only 3 miles to my destination so the trip should cost around 8$ according to the price i was quoted on the phone. the driver turned off the meter during the trip. i asked him why he turned off the meter and he just offered to charge me 15$ instead. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

My daughters cell phone was forgotten in one of these cabs While we tried to decide if we needed to report it stolen, we had to call the "office" of this cab company. The woman that answered the phone thought it was ok to call me "Sweetheart" over AND OVER again while she yelled over me, but she made it clear that she wasn't going to call this cab driver for us! I know it wasn't her loss and 100% the kid's mistake, but GEEZ---show a little compassion. The Kid only had the phone ten days!

I don't care how cheap their rates are---CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

What's the use of reserving a taxi if it not going to be there when you reserve it, & you all need more taxis on monday mornings cause there's very few at work at that time of the day.

Literally the worst experience...

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a cab service anywhere I've ever been. I called them for service and when the cab driver arrived, she asked me where I was going and demanded that I pay upfront. I've never in my years of using a cab service been asked to pay up front, so I didn't. I call back to the HQ and inquire as to whether or not this was policy and instead of calmly explaining the reasoning behind it, (If cabs have to drive a certain distance they PREFER to recieve the money up front due to a high volume of jump outs.) I was verbally accosted by the real life Madea and told that I was wasting their time and regardless of my wilingness to pay upfront they would not send another cab. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, terrible customer service.
