A revision and retraction of my earlier negative post:



I was contacted today by the owner and she has addressed my concerns. It seems there was a



misunderstanding about whether the "copper" tiles were copper material or merely copper color.



She has agreed to refund my purchase price and I want to amend my earlier post. All of us, even with



good intentions, make mistakes. A fair way of judging a business or person is not whether they make



mistakes (we all do), but on how they handle those mistakes.



Judged by that standard, Mission Stone and Tile has conducted itself professionally and honorably in



resolving my prior complaint.
