My phone has been messed up in two ways: my speaker was not loud when talking on the phone and it was extremely difficult to charge my phone. I went in to this store just seeing if they could somehow fix it by changing the parts or something and the store manager Ted immediately pulls out a toothbrush with some rubbing alcohol and tweezers to fix my speaker and charging port. They were immediately fixed in less than 3 minutes and now my phone is like brand new. Not only did he save me having to buy a new phone (cheapest are $150) he did not even charge me for the easy fixes. Great experience, great guy, grateful person right here.

If I could rate this place lower I would. I should have listened to the reviews. Had my phone fixed and the next day a stress cracked appeared in the lower right hand corner. No drops, no nothing. In an otterbox. Called Ted, same one who fixed phone. Well if screen cracked warranty void. Of course, the perfect way out. Phone is fine.will be using my uncle to look into this. He is a pretty good lawyer. They are dirty business owners. BBB will be called along with chamber of commerce. Can't take people money and product last one day. When you have 4 young guys who own a business trying to get rich. They don't care about consumer.oldest being 25. Low down. This is far from over. do not go here. Beware

I had a screen repaired for an IPhone 6 and purchased a hard case accessory for it. I was very satisfied with the service and personnel as well as the time it took to fix it.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Store was clean and well stocked. I felt the prices were very good and reasonable. I would recommend them for repairs and accessories.

They replaced the glass screen on an iPhone 5s. Three days later a stress crack began to run from the ear speaker and across the front camera. This is the thinnest area of the glass. If it were quality glass, it would not have cracked in that location. They refused to replace the cheap glass, and said I could have a 10% discount off the next replacement. I would not pay again because it was their low quality repair that created the circumstances for the crack to begun with. $109 down the drain. I will share with every online opportunity I can find. Do not become their next customer - they already have more bad reviews than good.

They just know what they're doing and incredibly informative and helpful. I've had my iphone fixed there multiple times ( I drop it all the time) and way cheap too

I joined this just so I could leave a review for My Phone Repair. I had dropped my phone and, as a result, the corner came apart. I couldn't force it back together but, to me, it seemed that if you could take out the screws it would be easy to snap back together. However, you need a special screwdriver for this. I went to a place called CPR on gunbarrel and they told me it would take an hour before they could start (which is fine), they might not be able to fix it and it would cost at least $35 to find out if they could fix it. I decided to see if was covered by warranty, so I went to Verizon at Hamilton. It is not covered, which I kind of expected. Near Verizon is My Phone Repair so I stopped in to ask them. I figured maybe they could do it in less than an hour. It turns out that all that was needed was taking out the screws and snapping it together. They just did it for me right then. It only took a minute. They didn't charge. You have to admire a company and a group of young men who can do something like that and not take advantage of the situation. I would trust this company to fix my phone any time. And I would trust them not to over inflate the charges. Now, I wouldn't mind paying a fee to fix it even though it was so simple because these companies have overhead. But I felt like CPR was giving me a run around trying to make it appear that it was harder than it was. The people at My Phone Repair were honest and not deceptive. It isn't that they did it for free that makes me give them a good review - it's that they didn't try to be deceptive. You can trust this group!

Great service at a pretty decent price. They repaired my iPhone 4 in about 30 minutes. Very convenient. Im happy i found this.

I never write a bad review but this one was needed to warn other people.

Went in to get my iPhone 5 LCD screen replaced and the price was $139+tax which is way higher than anybody else in Chattanooga but I broke it at the mall and needed my phone so went ahead and paid it.

I was told to sign and date some sketchy paper which just said I have a 30 day warranty in case it stops working ( oops repair on broad street offers 6 months warranty and is only $99 FYI)

So I got my phone back about 35 min later and seemed to be working fine but later that day I noticed that on the upper left part had two small lines which looked like cracks from inside the phone screen. So I took it back to them to fix it and they said it was normal for the screen to have that and it wasn't their fault and didn't want to help me out any, the manager said " I'm not going to waste another screen for that" which was pretty rude of him. He didn't even offer to take it apart and look at it.

So If my phone ever breaks again I will not be going back to my phone repair and I recommend anyone else taking their broken phones somewhere else.
