Pepboys is the biggest rip off ever. I brought my truck in to pepboys for a U-joint replacement but they said they could not. Instead of replacing my U-joint they said my entire rear end needed to be replaced for 1,500 dollars. I was like, what are they paying for. I could get a car for that. They said they were going to use a used differential form a salvage yard and it would cost 1,000 dollars for just parts. If I was going to replace it myself I could do it for MAX 300 dollars. Not only would the price for the replacement for the differential so outrageous but THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY DIFFERENTIAL. Do they think I am stupid? BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. TELL THEM NO.

If you want to pay $1100 for a fuel pump replacement and then have them disconnect your battery to try to trick you into buying a new battery, this is the place for you.



If you like being treated fairly, this is not the place for you

Clerks are kind and courteous. Have had misunderstandings with service, but am satisfied with services provided. I would return.
