The Ronald McDonald house is a great idea. Keeping families with sick children together and near the care and resources they need. However when you over regulate the people you are trying to serve you then you just end up not serving anyone. When you leave with people a bad taste in their mouth the result in the long term will be fewer donors and fewer volunteers. People you are serving are already in a difficult situation and you are compounding it by treating everyone like the worst person you’ve ever served. If whomever decides on your rules had to live by them, they would soon realize you treating people more like they are in a halfway house than in this safe haven for families you say you want to create.
