It is my understanding, that Southtree owns Legacy Box. In Dec 2017, I paid for and sent in 20 videos tapes of my granddaughter, to be transferred to Disc. I received a tracking # from post office, (package had their printed mailing label). It has never ben seen since. Legacy in not doing anything to help investigate this situation. My granddaughter was 2 yrs. old in tapes. She is now 22 yrs. Not good business communication.
