A friend recommended Therm-Con to me for a custom shelving job for my master closet. I was so happy with the quality, workmanship and service. We ran into a few roadblocks, but Patrick kept me updated every step of the way. Communication is the key, and I was just thrilled with it.

I stopped by the shop looking for an obscure piece of magnet for my shower door that I despserately needed to make it fully functional. The guys searched for nearly thirty minutes, and finally found the correct piece. The total cost was only $10. While they didn't make anything off such a small sale, their dedication was really impressive. The front staff was also very friendly and courteous and offered coffee while I waited. If this is how they treat such a small sale, I can only imagine the attention they would show to others. I will definitely be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 10am and gave my address, cell phone number and my mothers cell number. I specifically asked them to call when the guy was on his way and if they couldn't reach me, call my mother. 10am came and went. At 10:15am I called for an ETA. Kate told me he was running late and they would call me. At 11:03 there was still no word. My mother called them and they said they were still running late. I called and Kate told me she would look into it and get back to me. She then called me at work and explained that the tech had already been there and nobody was home. She told me that the tech was stuck in Ringgold for the rest of the day and could not come. I asked if he is in Ringgold he can come out because I'm in Ringgold right? She then said no because I was located in Mcdonald. She then admitted to having my address written down incorrectly. I asked if he could come out. She said no because he was booked and that he could come out Tuesday and for all the trouble they would discount me. After scheduling the new call, I received a voicemail at work stating Kate needed my cell phone number. I called back and told her I was concerned as I had given all information when I scheduled the appointment and now they had all of my info wrong or not at all. She began to give me a time line stating the tech had a doc appt. and was running behind and would be late but instead he showed up ten minutes early and nobody was home. He left and went to the next appointment and then stated she was sorry she thought I was in Ooltewah (Before she said I was in McDonald..) So because he showed up early and they did not have my number and they did not bother to call my mother before coming out, they would not give a discount because they waived the return charge for having to come out a second time for a missed appointment! If they didn't want my business, why didn't they say so to begin with. So unproffessional
