Just recently I took my motorcycle to Ultimate cycle to have some service work done. I got home and there was oil on the floor, my bike has never leaked oil. Come to find out when the oil was changed, it was spilled all over my lower end. I had to take the voltage regulator and cover off and clean it, I had to clean all under the chassis and all around the filter and top of lower end. My bike was delivered to me in this condition. I personally believe the service dept doesn't care about their lack of quality or care about the customer. I contacted the owner of Ultimate who was very understanding and offered in assisting me in getting my bike cleaned and checked out; however, like I stated to her, "I don't want them touching my bike again." This was not a mistake but lack of regard for the customer on behalf of the service staff. Almost $400.00 is too much to be paying for this kind of work on a $22,000 motorcycle.

I have used them for my Metric Cruiser for a few years, they had to order a tire for me and had it ready the next morning. I recommed them to all my riding friends or someone looking for a used bike. Good People, good prices, great service.
