Nothing great to say about this place at this point. Ivy, the owner has a very nasty attitude and her brother, Ben just assaulted a female client last week! I must say I enjoyed the pedicure and the designs but their customer service is HORRIBLE and I will never return.

Ive been going here for over a year now. They are very friendly. Ive never had an6 issues.They do amazing work!

I have been a customer of Unique Nails since they have been open in 2014 and I really love the atmosphere and environment here. It is different compared to other salons I have been to in Chattanooga, TN.



I love how they have finally put up the sign about kids crying because after a long day from work I only want to come and relax. Some people do not understand when they bring their kids in and they're crying it effects other clients around them who only wants to relax.



Ivy and her family is very sweet and try their best to cater to their customers as best as they can. I will always come here to get my nails done! :)

Ivy the owner has a horrible personality. They do not cater to children. Matter of fact they have signs every where saying u have babies or children that cry you will be asked to leave. They also tell u what u can and can't do. If I'm paying for it I do what I want. Only reason this place will last is because of the area. I won't ever be back and I also have got my family not to go back.

This is a lovely family establishment that caters to children and it's wonderful it's relaxing you get to enjoy soft music while looking at TV they offer refreshments while they work love it love it love it.......

I made appointments for my daughters and myself for her wedding three weeks ago. I admit I was 10 minutes late but I confirmed last night that we were coming. She had already started on other people. I understood because we were late. We waited and I was told I couldn't get pedicure I wanted bc they didn't have time. Long story short, ivy asked me if she could take her 11:30 appointment ahead of me and the brides pedicure. I had these appointments for three weeks and it was wedding so is there no importance to somebody that made appts three weeks ago and have been there since 10:10 am? She said her Mom was late coming in but I guess it's ok for them to be late. I always tip well and always on time. If you can't handle all the appointments, quit making so many and not be able to do exactly what your customers want!!!

The best, prettiest nail salon I have been to in a long time. I give this new Salon a 10+ because of the professional and welcoming experience I had today. They are new to the area, I would tell everyone to try them because they will be very happy with the great job they do. I just left and have the prettiest nails and did not have to sit and wait. Very friendly, professional and "guess what else" 30% off special on any service. I got the prettiest gel nails for only $14. Better hurry while the special is going on!!! Everyone knows where the Dollar Tree is in East Ridge, they are right next door. They have a new customer!! GREAT JOB UNIQUE NAILS. Ya'll definitely live up to your name. Thanks to Danny and his wife for bringing your business to Chattanooga!!!

Absolutely amazing place. Fun to be at and fun people. It can also be a great place for that "Mother/Daughter" bonding you have been looking for!
