Beware!! Great people BUT watch out, if you have issues as soon as you get them, do not let them talk you into waiting a month "for your eyes to adjust". That's just a way without telling you "that now you just went over your 30 days for a refund." Now your stuck with a high dollar pair of glasses that you put in a door!!!

Dr. Howell took time to explain everything and performed a thorough exam. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beware, if you have any problems with materials, no refunds, no exchanges, no help. They don't believe products could have a problem with them and will not work with you. Agree with the first review listed.

I called this morning to get an appt. Misty was very pleasant on the phone and asked could I come in right away. I walked in filled out paper work and seen the doctor all within less than 30 min. Doctor and staff are very friendly and seem to really care about their patients. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone.

Worst eye doctor I have ever been to. Staff is rude and doctors would rather push you through like cattle than actually take the time to get you the correct prescription. My glasses gave me a headache b/c the prescription was too strong and they would not even refund the cost of the lenses. DO NOT GO!!! I went to the vision center at wal-mart to try to get everything straightened out (my insurance will only pay once) and received much better service and got my prescription corrected.
