I received friendly service when I went in to get my spa pedicure and gel manicure. Three days later after getting the gel manicure (which usually lasts almost 2 weeks when I've gotten this done other places) the polish began chipping and peeling. I called to let them know about it and to see if I could receive a refund of some sort and they said that I could get a refund and get them redone when I got back from vacation. I told them I would not be back from vacation for at least a week and the manager assured me that I could come in and get them redone and get a partial refund. Throughout the first 5 days, the polish peeled completely off of 6 fingers without me doing anything to them. Unfortunately, I just left after going by there and they gave me only a five dollar refund and would not redo the manicure. I am not one to complain, but this was very poor service as they did not keep to their word.
