This is a small community and almost everyone that lives in the area shops here. My family, friends and neighbors have been shopping here for over thirty years. All the neighborhood kids have always ridden their bikes here to buy candy, myself included twenty plus years ago. It was a great community store until as of late.

Obviously the new owners couldn't care less about their customers and employees. The manager they have running store is as rude and unfriendly as could be. I wouldn't let her clean manure from my barn for free let alone run my grocery store! I'm surprised they are even able to find anyone to work here anymore. The stories I've heard of things that they do to the employees, some of it can't be legal. I've even seen managers yell at employees right in front of the customers. I realize it's a minimum wage job but that doesn't not give you right to treat people like crap. Oh and from what I hear, don't get sick or have a death in the family if your an employee, cause you'll be down the road. It's a disturbing way of doing business.

I've also seen and heard of unsanitary things that take place in the meat department, deli and even the Subway. Also watch the date on the food you buy. Chances are it's expired. Oh and lets not forget the flies. I think they must breed them in the back of the store somewhere because they are on everything. Don't be surprised if you find one in your doughnut or subway sandwich.

So I guess what I'm saying is, drive right on by this now terrible store. All I see when drive by this store, which is multiple times a day, is a large symbol of greed. I wouldn't buy gas here if I ran out in the parking lot. I'd walk the four miles to the next gas station! I wouldn't steal a Twinkie from this store if I was starving to death!
