The more I do business with Fernelius the more disappointed I become. I’m referring to the service department in particular. Purchased new 2014 4Runner that has been exclusively serviced by Fernelius. Three times I’ve told the fill plugs for the differential or transfer case are frozen (rusted) because of salty roads even though the car spends the majority of winter in Florida. Each time I can see the wrong tool is being used to remove the bolts. Rounded heads. If these bolts rusting is that much of a problem, why have they not come up with a fix. Anti seize on the mating surfaces, something other that charging the customer for their mistakes.
