We had been planning our wedding on Burt Lake for the past several months.
We made plans with Terry back in June about renting some equipment for the wedding, and thought we were all set to go.

As the wedding approached, it was nigh impossible to get him to respond to calls, texts, or emails. When I did finally get a hold of him, he did not really seem to know who I was, and was planning to bring equipment that we had mentioned we wouldnt need anymore months prior.

We asked for a written quote on multiple occasions, and was not given the time of day.

The day before the wedding, we still had not heard from him about our equipment, and would not answer calls or texts from myself, my husband, nor my father!

We ended up using another vendor, which turned out to be easier and cheaper. Called to let him know we did not need to use him, and of course finally answered on the 1st ring.

The most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Avoid at all costs, and seek someone else for you vending needs.

Knaffle's Tent Rental was absolutely amazing for our July wedding. They had everything we needed and were very helpful in the planning process. Terry and Larry were both very accommodating and offered suggestions for things we didn't even think of! Let's just say... they know what they're doing! You can tell that this isn't their first rendezvous. They had great communication and were fun to work with. Satisfying their customers is their number one priority. They listened to our needs/wants and made it happen. The tables, chairs, dance floor, lights, kegerator, cocktail tables and tent were great. They are of high quality and look really classy for any outdoor event or wedding. We thank you so much for all your hard work in making our special day such a success, we couldn't have done it without you!
