Have had their service for over two years no problems with pickup. When I forgot to put my cans out they had a truck stop on a different day to pick my trash up. Looks like they had a rocky start but they do the job right today and their price is best in this area

Horrible service, I paid for them to empty my dumpster, they took the money straight out of my account the next morning...... it has been nearly 6 weeks and still they have not been here!! Last week when my husband called they said it would cost another fee (to make sure we don’t stiff them) for them to leave the dumpster!!! Wtf??? We said just take your dumpster!!! And still nothing. Smh now no answers or call backs :( horrible business

Oh my gosh, these people are so frustrating! DO NOT USE THEM! I have called 7 times in one week and the girl that answers the phone has no idea that i have already called. She always says she doesn't remember me calling. We moved and called to start service at our new house. I asked them if they could go to our old location and pick up some boxes. She said yes and charged my card the extra fee. The items were never picked up and she cant remember me ever calling. She keeps saying she will call the driver - and call me back. That never happens. The trash is still at our old house and I never got the refund of the extra fee i paid.
