First of all when I made my appointment they made it for a week later than it was supposed to be. I will say this though; even with the confusion about the appt date (which was their fault) they were able to get me seen at that time. I had to wait about 2 hours in total; not too unfamiliar with having to wait so that did not bother me that much. Finally got called in just for the assistant to do a few tests and have me sit yet again and wait. When I finally got called in to see the Doctor he did the same exact things she had done prior minus one test. Went good; found out that I just simply needed a pair of reading glasses which; after I picked them out, were to be ready for pick-up on Friday. When I called in Friday to see when I could pick them up; got a machine so I left a message asking them to give me a call back. Never got a call back so called on Saturday and Sunday; left messages, no calls back. Today (Monday) called back and got the machine AGAIN. I just kept calling until I got an answer and was answered with "They are not in yet; I'll call the lab and check on them for you" When I replied "They were supposed to be ready and Friday and I have left several messages and never got a call back." No "Sorry about that" No apology at all.....She said "I have no control over what the lab does." I said the only thing I could say at that point..."Ok thanks!" and then heard nothing but a slamming of the phone when she hung up on me. Will never go here again in the future except to pick up my glasses. Beware...they seem to have no compassion for their customers so I guess if you like being treated like a piece of dirt than this is the place for you. Very dissappointed. Dr. was very nice.
