I no longer live in Chehalis, but still own my home in the area. It is very difficult to find a skilled stylist. So when I'm in the area I make sure to schedule an appointment with any of their staff. They are very professional and do an excellent job of my hair. - Rebecca

I have lived all over the country and been to many salons and this salon and spa is by far one of the best out there!! It has great atmosphere and everyone there is super friendly and helpful....the most surprising thing is that its located in CHEHALIS! This place could easily be in seattle or any other major city. I have been having my hair done here for years and anywhere I go I always get asked where I get my hair done? I recently started gettting a brazlian blow out and extentions, its so nice that they keep up with current trends and are doing all the same things that the celebrites do, things that you would think you could only find in LA or seattle.....I recommened this place to all my friends, not only do all there services rock but its like a little get away in a small town!

I made an appt. Showed up on time. They left me waiting for about 15 minutes after my appt, before they came back to tell me my stylist wasn't there, and wouldn't be for hours.Another stylist volunteered to take me which I thought was very nice. However there is a sign saying all cell phones off to preserve relaxation and SHE spent the whole cut answering her cell phone and texting between talking my ear off and cutting my hair.To make things worse she stabbed me in the eye twice with her nails!!!! scratched my head badly several times with her nails and never once apologized,She also did not listen to the hair-cut I wanted, and because she didn't listen to me I had to wait several months for my hair to grow out so I could get it cut right someplace else!All and all NOT a relaxing experience. I will never use this place nor will I recommend it. I was really hoping for a high quality experience, but think I would have been treated better at supercuts or hairmasters.
