What Happened??

What has happened to your website and why? I have tried and tried unsuccessfully to access my account with Security State Bank, to no avail. I have worked at it for 30 minutes and the site will not accept my login name or my password. I have used the same username and password for months, with no problems at all. Now I keep getting messages which tell me that neither of them are registered and to start an account. What purpose did changing everything around accomplish, except to keep me out of my account. I am still trying to login, but am giving that up. Please advise me as to what I need to do to be able to access my account. Thank you, for any assistance you may be able to do to help me.
