Bill from Action Appliance Co. was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, arrived early, diagnosed the problems within minutes, did not try to rip us off when the repairs for our wash machine and dishwasher were simple and didn't need parts, and he was very respectful to my husband and I. We will definitely call him again for future repairs!

I have used Bill Grant multiply times for many appliance repairs over the years. He always comes quickly and stays until the repair is fully complete. I wouldn't use any one else to repair my appliances He is AAA#1!

North Chelmsford - Gas drier stopped heating. Called Action Appliance at 11:30 am and the tech showed up an hour later. After a quick diagnosis, my gas valve coils were replaced in no time. Will be using this service again the next time I run into appliance problems.

Our entire fridge unit shut down and we needed someone ASAP. After contacting SEARS (who the previous owners left paperwork for), we were told no one could get to us until Monday. After getting the runaround on scheduling a time we decided to turn to the superpages and found Action Appliance. They were here within 15 minutes, had the part in their car, and had fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and helpful-we will definitely be utilizing their services for all our future appliance repair needs.

Repair man was very friendly, came the day I called and supposedly ordered the part I needed to fix my fridge. Called after one week, no part, called again after two weeks and he was on vacation! I then called Sears who had the part and made an appointment. I felt like I was cheated out of $79 for him to come and do nothing!!!! Beware and go somewhere else.

I've been using Action Appliance for many .. many years . Bill has alway delivered impeccable service to me and my friends. When the washer went down and my wife was in a panic before a trip , Bill was there within an hour and had it up and running quickly . He's been doing this a long time and is a real professional .

Seems like a nice guy, but beware....He's a liar, he'll charge too much, won't stand behind his products or service. Stay away. He quoted us 1 price, wrote it out, and took both copies with him, after installation, when he charged us $200.00 more, he played dumb. The product he installed is terrible, and he is refusing to take it back, even though he told us we could prior to it being installed. I agree with the previous comment- he's good at playing stupid, and the more people I talk to about using him they all said they've had bad experiences and wouldn't use him again.

I had a problem with an appliance. I am new to the area so I looked online to find a place and this was nearby and found this one. While he seemed nice and polite on the phone, he ended up charging an outrageous fee for a simple repair that took less than 20 minutes and stealing the old part. When I called him up saying that the old part was not anywhere in my house, he played confused and would not come clean that he took it. I am not one to lose things and I knew he took it but had no proof. I would avoid this company at all cost; they are dishonest and unfair to their customers.
