I have been going here for years for all of my alterations and could not be more pleased. The store is impecable, the prices are reasonable and the service is prompt. AND, I cannot say enough about the owner; what a Love, truly an honest, sincere,caring person.....Karen, North Chelmsford

After going through a series of tailors who would either take forever to complete the job, charge more than I paid for the clothes to begin with, or do work that I wasn't very happy with (and who always seemed to disappear right after I found them), I was thrilled to discover the woman at Grace Alterations. She is very friendly and polite, always turns the job around promptly, and pays attention to my particular wants and needs. She will tell you if it's not worth it to fix something. (For example, I had a faulty zipper that she said wasn't worth fixing since it would just happen again due to a flaw in the way it was made.) She will ask you to make an appointment so that you don't end up waiting around while she finished with another customer. Her prices are quite reasonable and I have always been happy with her work. While I have never had any clothes cleaned there, I would certainly recommend her as a tailor.
