I have been going to Nail Art for nearly 6 years. Recently not happy. First bad experience happened when gel nail/mani only lasted 2 days. Bubbled paint, started peeling after my first shower and my cuticles were left rough. I gave them a second chance and left with another poor manicure. Uneven nails, cuticles and dry skin hanging from my fingers. I had to come home and fix myself. It seems the busier they are, the more rushed the women become and do not take care. On the flip side, I have never had a bad pedicure from the elderly gentleman! Good place for feet, not hands. Jessica is great, but often busy. Found that Nails at the Narrows is a lot cleaner and the techs pay much more attention to detail. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to Nail Art. It's a bummer because they are close and a place I have frequented for the past 5-6 years. I would suggest they slow down and take care of frequent customers.
