Provided by YP.comAfter reading the last review I am dumfounded. I also had roses delivered to my home by Petals to piglets on Valentines day. I was at home and the delivery person was so very nice. My roses are still beautiful a almost a week later. My neighbor also recieved an order of purple roses the same day. Also beautiful and she is still enjoying her arrangement. My daughter has made an appointment with this florist regarding her upcoming wedding. Any florist who delivered the quality of flowers that I received on valentines day I am sure will handle my daughters wedding beautifully. The person writing the last review must just be a person who is misrable and impossible to please. All I can say is bless her heart :))))) Petals to Piglets just know that you can just not make some people happy no matter what and people like this woman are not worth your time or energy.

Provided by YP.comI gave this business 1 star only because it was a required field! On the morning of February 14th, a boutique of two dozen red roses was delivered to my home and left on my covered porch by the front door. I was not home between 10:00 and 11:30, so apparently the roses were delivered while I was out. When I returned home, I spotted them from the driveway & immediately brought them inside. The roses were already opening and many of the petals were beginning to curl. When my husband called the owners, he was told that the flowers were in good condition when they were delivered, and that any problem with them was OUR fault! My husband pointed out that the outdoor temperature that morning was much cooler than the inside temperature of our home, but the owners insisted that any sunlight would cause the buds to open. If that was the case, then why did the delivery person (who is one of the owners) leave them out there in the first place? My husband returned the flowers but this business refused to offer a refund or make amends in any way. I've always received roses on Valentine's Day, and they've always been delivered with tight buds that opened over several days. If these owners plan to stay in business , they should definitely get some training in good customer service!
Additional Response:
I previously posted a review of this business and want to point out (again) that the owner's husband left my roses on my porch while I wasn't home. He claimed they were perfect when he left them, and that they must have been exposed to the sun. Why didn't he call to see if anyone was home before delivering them? HE chose to leave them outside, then told me any problem with the flowers was MY fault!! Since my husband returned the flowers, and the owner refused to refund his money, we assume this business must be having financial difficulties.

Provided by YP.comWe were so lucky to have Petals to Piglets step up when the florist we had scheduled for my daughter's wedding did not show up. Petals to Piglets dropped what they were doing at the last minute to do the flowers for us and they were beautiful. I would recomment them to anyone. They did a great job and were great to work with. Any time you have flower needs please consider them.
