Staff at TreeTop Family Adventure were very rude. When asking how the process and prices on the different activities worked the employee spoke so fast that I could not understand her,asked if she could repeat it, as I as a grand parent had not been there before. My grand kids from out of state were visiting and this was a new system of having a card to swipe for 4 grand children. She told that Treetop was very HIGH TECH....... I spent $125.00 and my grand kid did not get many fun activities, the items were not priced until you slid the card in and deducted the amount from the card... Grand parents if you take your grand children to this place you must be HIGH TECH and come with a lot of money

We love treetop! My son begs to go there all the time. It's clean and fun...great for the whole family.
