This facility lacks quality customer service. They don't have FT staff and PT staff changes so the service is poor. Since they fired the long-time staff, they came in and left many customers hanging with bill-pay, code entry challenges, etc. and then to top it off with rate increases using sneaky tactics, I'll be amazed if this company that bought out long-time owners will make it!



I've already told MANY of my local business friends and associates about the unbelievable dramas here and to look elsewhere for short or long-term needs.



It is in a good location but they took away their dumpster and that is not an asset.
