I had the same issue with the paint but they fix it. The staff is great but it def cost me time since I had to go back multiple times to figure out the error. I bought paint there again and it was fine. I find the selection limited when it comes to other things. I still like to support the local stores.

Shop somewhere else. I recenlty bought a can of paint from Aco, and needed a second can of the same thing. So, I brought the first can in, with formula and base on lid and asked that ACO make another can of same paint. Well, this is not what they did. After 3 hours of painting, the paint dried and did not match - the formulas on the cans were different! I was disappointed, so I returned the can and spoke with the manager. I had thought the store would try and make things right - perhaps by not charging for the can of paint, or by giving me the paint at half off, cost or something. I was discounted $4.80 for my lost 3 hours time. I will choose to shop at different stores going forward - the selection and prices are comparable to other area stores, so I will go to these instead.
