I was a loyal customer until today, when I was treated so rudely I'm still sort of stunned. The woman at the desk was not only unhelpful, she was impatiently angry with me for not hefting my 50 lb bag of cat litter up for her more quickly so she could scan it. It was...weird. I guess I didn't entirely expect her to offer to help me (although any normal person would have!) but to be annoyed that I was slowing her down...when there was no one else in the store. I think the owner might want to look at his/her new hires--although, since I won't be back there, ever, it won't help me. I was a very loyal customer. :(
