Absolutely the worst! They want you to stay long term, they collect your rent weekly but you are not afforded the rights of a renter even though if you stay there its not just for a weekend. They will only allow long term but when they want you to move out they tell you the day before the rents due, sat. That you need to be out on sun. They will threaten to throw out your belongings and they do call the police. However when they show up they know they can't do anything. It's just a scare tactic. They threw out five couples in the few mos. I lived there.(3 all at once) One family had four kids, two dogs and a cat w a litter they were staying while searching for an apartment and it was a tight fit but at least they had a roof over their head. Lacroix prop. Is the owner. They don't care about pple. They threw everyone out bc of a strange girl that has been living there for three years. She's basically running the place and if she doesn't like you, she gets what she wants and if your a female she won't like you since her bf leers at women and she gets jealous and will start a campaign to make you miserable hoping you will leave on your own. She calls the police alleging that your harassing her and will make you so angry you will be. I was interviewed by the news when they threw everyone out without notice. They compared it to what happened at sandpiper motel in Newport ri. It's sad that anyone could be so horrible.this place is high drama white trash in full force.
