I have been in business for 19 years, the service from this company is terrible, you have to call and beg them for ice, I bought an ice machine and started bagging my own ice because of the service, then he came in and says ReddyIce says i am not selling enough ice to warrant having their cooler, the reason they don't think i'm selling enough ice is because this company will not work you on a regular basis. I have told him several times he can still put his ice in ,but i'll never call him for ice , if he delivers fine if not fine. Not gonna beg someone for service and pay them to.
