Andreotti's, established in 1983, is a restaurant that offers a French country and northern Italian cuisine and is located in Cherry Hills, N.J. Every entr e is served with a seven-cheese spread, roasted peppers with French farmer s bread, soup du jour, salad, intermezzo and Viennese-style mini pastry tray. The restaurant s menu includes veal scaloppini, pan-seared rockfish, horseradish encrusted filet mignon, blackened double-cut pork chop, beef short ribs and sole meuniere. Andreotti's also serves ahi tuna, strawberry-balsamic glazed salmon, roasted breast of duck and confit of leg, cornish game hen and seared calf s sweetbreads.
