We bought a leather bonded sofa with a warranty. The sofa peeled and we went to claim the warranty and Ashley said the manufacture does not make the parts. They offered a store credit for the warranty amount.
What is the purpose of a warranty if they do not honor it. They sold us poorly made furniture and do not stand by their own warranty.
