It's a very simplistic program that really works! I've been on numerous weight loss programs, most of the popular ones and this is by far the easiest to follow, I wasn't hungry and the weight came off. The staff in Cherry Hill, NJ are extremely supportive, inspiring and keep me on track throughout my weight loss journey. Silvia and Kim went above and beyond to assist in every way they can. They are available for questions, provided great suggestions and recipes, and most of their positive disposition was highly encouraging especially if I hit a challenging obstacle. I cannot say enough about my experience with this program and the Cherry Hill office. I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight and feel GREAT!
