The Classic Cake Company was established in 1982 and has become a beloved tradition in the southern New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia area. Its main bakery plant and administration offices are located in Cherry Hill, N.J., with five other bakery locations throughout the area. In addition, Classic Cake is a certified kosher bakery and also offers a line of Parve products, including chocolate bobkas, Jewish apple cake and a variety of cookies.
