I found this business to be dishonest. I had my air conditioned serviced on Tuesday afternoon and turned it on Thursday morning and it was the same as before the service call, it didn't cool. I called back Davis Heating and Air, explained that it's not cooling/working and their answer back to me was that it worked when he left and within the 36 hours that you turned it on for the first time, something else must be wrong. They refused to come take a 2nd look at it unless I paid them the $125 min service call plus whatever else they could find.
Also rude both the lady that makes the appointments as well as the technician.

Our heater broke down late Saturday night and of course it was the coldest night of the winter. We gave Davis a call and the owner himself came out immediately despite it being a holiday weekend, figured out right away what part needed replacement, and got our heater working like new to keep our house warm for my pregnant wife, my son, and me. I can't say enough about their great, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I highly recommend them!

The owner came out himself. He called when he was on his way. He was so nice! He was informative and very patient. My husband was at work so I called him while John was there. John spoke to my husband several times to explain what our issues were and gave us, what we thought were, good, solid suggestions. He tried to keep our costs down too, which you don't find often with repair people. We're extremely happy with Davis Heating & Air!! We already referred them to a friend.

You can't get a better business to service Your home needs as far as heat and air conditioning. They are there when you need them, and they aren,t done until it,s perfect. The owner John Davis comes to your home and personally checks the job. If he doesn't like it, his crew redoes it until it meets with Johns approval. If at all there is any problems, John is right there to take care of them. He does an excellent job. You don't find many places of business that operate like that. But does do it right the first time, and I can account for that.
