Originally from Kenya, Dr. Bilal Chaudhry earned his Bachelor Degree of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Nairobi in 2002. Following graduation, he spent his early career treating patients in the largest referral hospital in East Africa, Kenyatta National Hospital. He also volunteered in local health missions, traveling to remote parts of the country to serve the impoverished. During his time in Kenya, he had a unique opportunity to assist a specialized team of surgeons belonging to the internationally acclaimed philanthropic organization, Operation Smile, which helps heal thousands of children with oral-facial congenital deformities. In search of a new professional challenge, Dr. Chaudhry found his way to the United States in 2006. He attained a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated among the top students in his class. He participated in dental research in Endodontics and Oral Medicine, and was responsible for treatment of medically complex patients in one of Penn Dentals specialty clinics. Dr. Chaudhry then completed specialty training in Endodontics at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. Since then, he has had the privilege of working in some of the most exclusive and successful endodontic practices in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, and Westchester County, New York. Dr. Chaudhry has a passion for learning by regularly attending continuing education courses nationwide. His goal is to share his energy, skills, and compassion to create the most comfortable patient care experience. He is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics and the American Dental Association. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, and family. Among his favorite hobbies, he enjoys traveling, reading, while savoring his favorite blend of coffee or tea, and cannot seem to get enough of soccer!
