Thanks guys for the great job. At first when I was receiving quotes for waterproofing my basement I was nervous. We were getting ready to finish our basement at the time and wanted to make sure it was not going to leak. After getting a few quotes Drymaster was by far the lowest price and most professional. After reading previous reviews and looking further into the company My husband and I were confident to choose Drymaster. Thanks guys for doing a great job . Definitely recommend you guys to anyone I know.

I was so impressed that you quoted me a price for a suspected crack to the foundation footing, and then once your technician dug down outside my house he discovered that the problem was only 3 ft down. Right away he brought it to my attention and in minutes your company automatically adjusted my bill down saving me hundreds of dollars! This company deserves a mark of 10 in the very least. DryMaster-waterproofing went above and beyond our expectations and were very communicative throughout the entire project. DryMaster -waterproofing team did an excellent job waterproofing the foundation of our 79-year-old house west wall. While giving us the free estimate From the quote process to the intensive labor required, we found the staff at this company very pleasant and extremely professional in their work. The team of workers was diligent and tidy and took great care to preserve the stucco walls and Air condition unit of our neighbors, which required doing the work in three sequential sections. The work involved manually excavating around the west wall of the house, to gain access to the brick foundation wall. All cracks were carefully filled, the Block wall was parged before waterproof membrane could be applied. New weeping tiles were installed as well as a window well; the excavated area was back-filled and finally layered with gravel as per our request. Very labor-intensive work completed on schedule even finished a day or two faster than projected. Excellent problem solving of issues that came up from the work. Good attention to details throughout and enjoyably a dry basement ever since despite the heavy rain experienced recently. We are extremely satisfied with their service and the quality of their work. We considered several reputable companies and are very happy with our decision to hire Drymaster. Excellent job done! We would definitely hire DryMaster again, should we need to waterproof additional walls. We highly recommend DryMaster waterproofing with no reservations!

We've had a long-standing problem with water coming into the basement of our 50's era home due to the old clay weeping tile being completely clogged. We had a number of YP-approved companies come out to give us a quote, and DryMaster was one of them. While they all suggested the same type of fix (digging up the sides of the house to reveal the foundation, replacing the weeping tiles, parging and waterproofing the block wall, adding membrane, and filling with some gravel etc, DryMaster was by far the most detailed about the particulars of the job for our site. They were also the best price-wise, for a hand-dug job with some extras like blocking in 2 unused windows etc. After scheduling a start date with DryMaster, they arrived at 8am on the first day and worked for 3 solid days to finish the job. I can easily say they left our house in better condition than they found it, and I've got every confidence in the work that has been done. DryMaster was able to stick to his original price estimate, and it's hard to argue with a 25year guarantee on the work. Will happily refer them to anyone in a similar situation.

Given all the great reviews and reasonable price I decided to use DryMaster to repair an overdue crack in my basement foundation. Thanks to DryMaster for coming to my rescue! I was very impressed that they were able to schedule me in at the last minute and on a long weekend! I had no problems getting them to come back the following week as the crack was longer than anticipated at no additional cost. Thanks again guys!

My husband and I are very pleased with the service provided by DryMaster. I contacted DryMaster when another company,failed to show up for a scheduled exterior waterproofing appointment. I was very disappointed with the 'other company' because I booked the day off work and had my AC unit removed prior to their expected arrival. The 'other company' failed to notify me of cancellation in a timely fashion -I was notified 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The 'other company' rep said they could not do the work due to rain -I told them it was sunny because there was no rain at the time! He studdered and said it rained the previous night. My response was, "I should have been contacted the previous night"! DryMaster was able to confirm an appointment for the following morning (today). DryMaster completed the job today (it actually rained while he worked) The workers were friendly and very informative. Keep up the wonderful customer service DryMaster! Yoo guys were great!
